For our client in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Italian Speaker
You will be responsible for answering incoming queries from clients via phone, email and live chat.
Listening to the customer, answering their queries in a timely manner, administration.
The successful candidate should have:
Excellent communication skills in Italian both written and spoken B2/C1
Good command of English
Remember that the role is in office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia, it lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain.
ALSO: there is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes initial flight to Sofia, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.
