Customs Support Specialist

The major responsibilities are:

- Support the local team in executing all kind of activities around import and export processes
- Analyze all issues which are connected to missing or incorrect invoices
- Address issue to the respective owner (Oder Management, Sales Operations, IT Support) by using the right
tools
- Escalate unresolved issues
- Keep the broker/ business partner updated
- Keep track of reported issues
- Owns the issue until it gets resolved
- Proactive monitoring of SAP systems critical processes
- Handover open Major Incidents with global impact between the time zones as per the agreed process
- Find and send invoice to a broker
- Preparing monthly reports

The profile:

- Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative
- PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge
- Willingness and capability to get trained in Customs Operations details
- Background in business administration
- Ability to recognize problems and direct them to the appropriate person
- Ability to effectively interact with people at all levels and across a worldwide geography
