Technical Support Consultant GERMAN

As an Technical Support Consultant you will help out with any issues they might have via tickets & chat. You will identify trending issues and tickets processing – basic troubleshooting for online applications
 
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills in GERMAN
Good command of English
