Jesteśmy rozwijającą się i renomowaną firmą zajmującą się budownictwem mieszkaniowym, która poszukuje doświadczonego Estimatora / Analityka Nieruchomości z natychmiastową możliwością przyłączania się do naszego zespołu, do pracy przy powstawaniu nowych budynków i dużych projektach renowacyjnych w Warszawie i okolicach.
We are an expanding and reputable Residential Building Company who require an experienced Estimator / Surveyor with immediate start to join our team for several new builds and large-scale renovation projects in and around Warsaw, to help move the business forward and to help the company grow.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Attend all required tender meetings.
• Review key aspects of the request for proposal or project contract.
• Prepare tender documents, forms and specialist items.
• Carrying out cost-analysis and estimating processes, all cost implications relating to bids and tenders.
• Visit sites to check works in preparation for Valuations
• To analyse and process the Valuations with the Client and the Managing Director.
• To ensure all costings database is up to date and competitive, to maximize margin.
• Creation of cost plans and budgets,
• Searching for interesting project tenders.
Qualifications and Skills
• Fluent English language
• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating.
• Self-confident and enthusiastic person able to work autonomously, detail and accuracy oriented.
• Organized and able to manage, prioritise and respond with urgency, to changing workloads and demands.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel
• Clean Driving License
Additional skills:
• Knowledge of the various scheduling tools
• Experience of managing contractors
• German speaking – would be an advantage
