Our client is softwarehouse from Warsaw, based in south side of city, with a global range. We are currently looking for:
Senior Ruby/Ruby on Rails Developer (14 000 - 16 000 PLN net)
location: Warszawa

Main responsibilities:
* Working on various projects for clients from all the world
* Developing and implementation of new functionalities
* You will realize your own ideas connected with software development
* You will also work with an author's company system which supports developers in verifying code

Job requirements:
* Analyse and profile an application for performance and memory issues
* Analyse and profile an application for security issues
* Understand database modeling and query analysis
* Reason about architecture, algorithms and performance on a high level
* Tune a production deployment (Heroku, Puma, AWS, Docker Cloud itp)
* Understand Ruby metaprogramming
* Mentoring skills
* Communication skills
* Planning and estimation
