ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of a small yet highly skilled team, you will get the chance to develop into a well-rounded, business-savvy individual with first-hand experience in a truly international environment, working with top global consulting companies and senior-level experts from both private and public sector.

You will also have a chance to participate in all aspects of startup management, from daily operations to business development.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Supporting research efforts of the Research Team to identify experts using diverse techniques, including headhunting and networking
• Actively sourcing candidates to support projects and initiatives across different industries
• Supporting communication efforts and cooperating with Communications Manager
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the process
• Managing recruitment processes in a dedicated project management system
• Developing market analysis in areas such as Management Consultancy, Economics, Public Policy, and others
• Populating the EonD internal database and developing experts’ profiles
• Consolidating all the information regarding market demand and broader market research in GCC

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Prior experience (min. 6 months) in direct search and recruitment processes
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (min. C1 level)
• Fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint formats
• Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates
• Minimum a bachelor degree in international affairs, economics, public policy, sociology or similar
• Strong analytical skills
• Positive, energetic and constructive approach to work
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
