Opis stanowiska:
Project Manager core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Change Management and responsibility for the Change Advisory Board
Project Management of change that is deemed large enough to initiate a project:
o Project Charter
o Budgetary management (approval, tracking, capex etc)
o Project plan (if applicable)
o Metrics/SLAs
o Stakeholder management
o End of project reporting / Lessons Learned
Management of ‘small change’ i.e. not large enough to be deemed a project
Business Analysis

Understand and document existing ‘AS IS’ process
Define the ‘TO BE’
Strong documentation skills
The role requires technical acumen, a high level of business analysis, a deep
understanding of the business, customer facing skills and will have significant input
into future strategic decisions advising the Divisional Head of IT.

The role requires adherence to the IT Manual and ensure its enforcement
and compliance where applicable – notably Project Management, Change Control
and User access management.

Note – this is a broad role and the purpose above is indicative as opposed to
prescriptive.

Wymagania:
Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience:
An appropriate IT qualification e.g. BSc in IT related field
CRM and/or ERP knowledge
Project Management
Experience in a manufacturing environment
A proven track record delivering projects

Desirable Qualifications, Training and Experience:
Manufacturing knowledge a distinct advantage
Project Management Qualification e.g. PMP, PRINCE 2
Experience in CRM/ERP implementation and rollout

Work with the business and IT so that Projects are successfully delivered – on time and within budget
Tickets are resolved in a timely manner
Ensure the IT Manual is enforced and complied with
Support the Business for BAU – Run and Change
Support business transformation and alignment activities
Highlight any application and process issues to manager so that issues may be addressed and appropriate action taken
Design and maintain a Project Methodology that is fit for purpose for the size of our business.
