For our client who is a multinational professional services network headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is the second largest professional services firm in the world,and is one of the Big Four auditors.We are looking for professionals to join the global business systems support team in the office in Warsaw for the position of:
Oracle Financials (ERP Cloud) Solution Architect (System Support Area)
location: Warszawa

The Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Key Business stakeholders and IT Leadership in defining and executing solution architecture for Oracle ERP
* Ensure that solution strategy and roadmap are aligned with the overall business strategy
* Combine deep business experience and technology expertise to deliver innovative solutions
* Evaluate business needs and recommend solutions which helps achieving set of business goals while maintaining standards and minimizing risk
* Maximize business value through integration and optimization of processes
* Influence both the business and the IT communities providing suggestions and recommendation for technology enabled solutions to business needs

Desired skills & experience:
* At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Business Systems Management, Information Systems or related field.
* Extensive experience in Oracle ERP based solution architecture management (8+ years will be highly expected).
* Extensive experience in business systems service deliver, product management, or similar role (8+years will be highly expected).
* Solid foundation in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
* Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolution of complex problems
* Excellent communication and influencing skills both within the business and the IT communities.
* Fluent English and Polish, command of any other language will be an advantage.

* Deep expertise and extensive experience in the functionality and architecture of Oracle ERP Cloud solution

Area of responsibility

* Develop and maintain Solution Architecture for Oracle ERP
* Work with business leadership to understand and set solution architecture direction to realize Firm strategic initiatives
* Assist in development and participate in IT Governance processes
* Evaluate usage of Oracle ERP solution ensuring its efficient and optimal use allowing continuous support for business needs
* Lead design discussions and delivery of solutions for complex problems applying unique and innovative approaches
* Evaluate new system capabilities in light of impact on firm's solution and suggest implementation patterns
