For our client who is a multinational professional services network headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is the second largest professional services firm in the world,and is one of the Big Four auditors.We are looking for professionals to join the global business systems support team in the office in Warsaw for the position of:
Oracle Financials (ERP Cloud) Resolver/Analyst (System Support Area)
location: Warszawa
Tasks:
* Maintains business systems including identifying, implementing and managing tools/systems.
* Participate in design of new enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization.
* Contribute to projects including design, testing, and implementation.
* Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes.
We expect you have:
* At least Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Management, *Information Systems, or related field.
* 3-5 years Oracle ERP Financials relevant experience required (certification is a plus).
* Previous experience with implementation and maintenance of Oracle Financials ERP Cloud (preferred but not required).
* Experience in relational databases (querying and management) and data integration tools.
* Advanced Excel skills and all MS Office applications.
* Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests.
* Ability to work under pressure in intense, fast paced, multinational work environment.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Ability to analyze business requirements and translate into technical system specification
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Desire to interact with and help end users.
* Fluent English and Polish.
Good to have skills:
Experience with:
* Oracle ERP implementation
* Problem resolution, request fulfilment, configuration changes, supporting production applications, documenting, and supporting implementations.

* Provide day-to-day end-user second level support for Oracle Financials ERP Users globally.
* Troubleshoot issue and determine root cause of problem users are facing
* Resolve functional and technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
* Manage system configuration and user access/security in accordance to corporate guidelines and polices.
* Monitor system scheduled tasks and take actions in case of errors identified.
* Provide documentation on how to use Oracle ERP Solution.
* Establish, implement, and administer best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, backups, etc.
* Performs special assignments as requested.
