Now, for our client, we are looking for: HR Business Partner

ABOUT THIS JOB:
As HR Business partner, you will lead and manage the people related agenda at the assigned internal clients and business units. Additionally, you will lead change management projects, manage HR related internal and external communications, share the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery and you will play a key role in identifying, development and management of the company, high potential talent.

Wymagania:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
Proactively supports the delivery of HR practices and processes at the client’s side
Manages HR Projects cross-functionally
Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
Closely works with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit personally the key talents for the internal client
Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees
Conducts training needs analysis, identify and implement suitable programs to address the training gaps of the company
Takes part in development and execution of career development programs and succession planning for employees in coordination with the division heads
Organizes company’s learning and development activities and ensures that plans meet current and future organization and associate needs

QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree
You are fluent in English
You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HRBP role
You are a team player
You have Project Management and Change Management Skills
You have Strong Time Management Skills
You have Problem Solving Skills
You know Labor Law
