Key Accountabilities:
- Providing technical support to internal users with a focus of delivering excellent customer experience,
- Resolving a high percentage of calls at first point of contact through the use of the knowledge base/any other knowledge tool and raise incidents/tickets to escalate problems to second level support areas as appropriate,
- Understanding the customer's issue and ensure that a resolution is provided in a timely and effective manner,
- Ensuring that the ticket kickback/errors are maintained low,
- Focus on identifying projects/opportunities for process improvement to eliminate calls.

Requirements:
- Information Technology/IT Service Desk experience or equivalent is a must,
- Fluent Italian/Spanish/French/German and English Language written and spoken,
- Proficient in MS Office tools,
- Knowledge of desktop setup and hardware tools,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Open to working shifting schedules,
- Quick learning ability with the willingness to adapt to a wide range of situations,
- Ability to work against challenging targets and thrive in a team environment.
