HEBREW SPEAKER – JOB in Sofia

For our client in Bulgaria we are looking for Hebrew Speaker (EPSON project)
 
You will be responsible for answering incoming queries from clients via phone, email and live chat. Listening to the customer, answering their queries in a timely manner, administration, taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be part of your daily tasks.  
We are looking for:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Hebrew
Good command of English 
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Computer literate
