Berkeley English is an international English school with multiple bases, one in Beijing and the other, here in Warsaw. We teach young students in China through innovative technology – multimedia educational platform called EEO, created for us by Chinese experts. This system allows us to teach at the highest standard. We make sure that our English lessons are always interesting, creative and attractive to children.

We are looking for Headteacher to join our Berkeley team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the team of teachers
• Supervise teaching quality of teachers (assure of the retention rate)
• Organize academic workshop to improve teachers’ teaching skills and observe teachers’ classes
• Assist the other departments to accomplish other managing tasks

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Bachelor’s degree or above (major related to education will be a plus)
• More than 5 years teaching experience and 2 year of managing experience as a headteacher
• Personality: passionate, active and optimistic, love for education and children
• Team work and project management skills
