DUTCH Speaker – Customer Support
for Hi-tech sports accessories
 
Bulgaria, Sofia

We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills in Dutch both written and spoken C1/C2
Good command of English
 
You will receive incoming queries via phone, email and text message service, where you will answer and solve issues. Processing orders, scheduling delivery times and administration is part of your daily tasks and responsibilities. 
Besides this you will also conduct outbound calls to your regular customers to assist them with their orders.

Salary: 3000 – 3100 BGN gross

Great relocation package:There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes flight reimbursement up to 150 euro, 1 month hotel on arrival and relocation assistance with finding your own accommodation
