Job description:

Establish the business process between services, process and hr
Optimizing business activity
Set up a strategy
Taking ownership for business processes and providing local support
Enabling great customer experiences requires a team that leads the way

You need to:
Have knowledge about Business Process Management (methodologies, process documentation)
Know processes and capabilities
Have professional knowledge of modelling tools
Speak of English (B2/C1)
