For our Client - global consulting company, which hire over 40 000 employees, we are looking for
Business Analyst - International
location: Warszawa
Your responsibilities:
* Ability to document and understand business requirements\user stories
* Coordinate with regional / global teams to elicit business requirements
* Knowledge and experience of methods used to facilitate business requirement gathering
* Assist in the development of necessary process designs/documents
* Identifying as is/ to be/gap analysis
* Support system end user acceptance testing and rollout activities as necessary
* Assist end users with transition and Change Management
* Work closely with testing lead
* Help promote good SDLC process and a coordinated project approach
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior business stakeholders
* Act as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders
Skills / knowledge / experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
* Minimum 2-3 years experience of Business Analysis
* Experience in real estate/finance/accounting business practices
* Financial Processing & Reporting Experience
* Knowledge of finance and real estate industry best practices while serving as a consultant/advisor to the teams
* Knowledge and understanding of SDLC
Experience of using JIRA (or similar) to manage business requirement's
Good to have:
* Knowledge of Yardi data structure
