If you want to:

If you are a person who:
• has educational background in Finance, is 4-5th year student or graduated, full time available
• has a general understanding of accounting process in the company
• and/or has few months experience in Finance/Accounting
• is fluent in English (German or French is a plus) • is advanced in MS Excel and has analytical skills (experience with MS Dynamics & Yardi is a plus)
• has strong communication skills and is client oriented

Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and other payment request via system workflow
• Prepare payment proposals
• Initiate wire transfers or other method of electronic payment
• Process and reconcile returned payments
• Performing vendor reconciliation and following up and resolving items
• Providing remittance advices to suppliers
